£65 per 50-minute session 

I work with people long-term or short-term. I offer both face-to-face and online sessions.​

First session
Finding the right therapist is an important step for your therapeutic journey. I offer a free 15-30 minute intro meeting online or by phone so that we can meet and explore if we can work together.

My fees

My fees cover room hire, insurance, ongoing supervision and training, and other essential costs to ensure you receive the best possible service. I strive to keep fees as affordable as possible for my clients.

Concession rates

I offer a limited number of places at reduced rates, ranging from £45-£55, for students and individuals on low income. Feel free to reach out, and we can have a conversation to determine what is affordable for you.

Cancellation

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice are not subject to charges. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or in cases where there is no notification, the full fee will be charged.
